ABOUT ME

I have been working as a freelance journalist, fixer, researcher, coordinator in Istanbul and in many other cities in Turkey, Syria and Iraq since 1999. I have been working for news and documentaries for almost all of major TV channels and many production companies from USA, Canada, western Europe, Asia and Australia. I have done research about different subjects in Turkey and in neighboring countries. I speak Kurdish, Turkish, English, German and Persian fluently and I speak basic Arabic.

NEWS

I can write and send you an article about a news or any issue in Turkey, in Iraq and in Syria. I also can film and send you footage of any news story and any event.

If you are a print Journalist or a TV crew member and planning to come to Turkey for a news story, I will be happy working with you in any part of Turkey as a fixer and translator.

RESEARCH

I have worked as a fixer for foreign media outlets in Turkey for the past 24 years including seven years on the Syria crisis. In addition to this work, I also work as a researcher and am capable of researching any issue related to Turkey, Syria, and Iraq, including issues of NGOs, politics, as well as social and religious issues. DOCUMENTARY FILMS

If you are planning to film a documentary film in Turkey and think that you may need help, I can work with you as a fixer and translator and get permissions for you, arrange locations, transportation and anything else need to be done.
